  • C.Y. Fest is a large-scale, independent music festival showcasing underground punk and alternative acts.

    Organization of this event requires execution with limited resources and high financial stakes, including $80k—$120k bar minimums and compounding curfew penalties.

  • As the promoter’s production lead, I was responsible for end-to-end planning and execution, including:

    • Team Management: Hired, scheduled, and oversaw a 30-person team across operations, artist relations, stage management, and transportation

    • Logistics: Coordinated all stage schedules, equipment rentals, and venue needs

    • Vendor Management: Negotiated with food/beverage/third-party vendors to secure contracts, manage budgets, and stage in location

    • Talent Relations: Served as point-of-contact for over 20 performing acts, managing travel arrangements, hospitality, and day-of needs

    • Budget Oversight: Tracked and revised production budgets to improve event financial return

    • Successfully delivered multiple annual installments of sold-out festival, including pre-CY and post-CY events across 3 days

    • Delivered smooth, on-time performances across multiple stages with zero major disruptions or curfew penalties

    • Built ongoing relationships with vendors, venues, and artists that promoter now leverages for future events

  • We Live Here began as a wholly original television project with no pre-existing IP, stakeholder attachments, or studio backing.


    The challenge was to develop a market-ready series while assembling a team of high-level collaborators and navigating the competitive landscape of television sales.

  • As the series creator and lead producer, I was responsible for guiding the project from concept to pitch-ready package, including:

    • Creative Development: Wrote pilot episode, series bible, and supplemental pitch materials.
      Led story workshops to refine narrative arc, world-building, and tone.

    • Team Assembly:
      Used the product to enlist interest from industry creatives. Brought together a network of directors, producers, managers, and talent to attach to the project.
      Negotiated partnerships and clarified roles to align vision among cross-functional stakeholders.

    • Strategic Sales Plan:
      Designed and executed a multi-studio pitch tour, targeting 10+ major buyers including networks, production companies, and financiers.
      Customized pitch strategy for each buyer based on their current mandates and programming needs.

      Personally pitched the project to C-level executives at top-tier studios, articulating both creative and commercial value in high-stakes environments.

    • Built a fully realized, professionally packaged television series from the ground up.

    The challenge was to design efficient workflows and support high-stakes creative and financial decisions, all within the fast-moving, high-pressure environment of independent film.

  • As the direct support to InFlow’s founding producer and CEO, I took ownership of both creative coordination and business analysis, including:

    • Slate Management:
      Oversaw day-to-day development for 10+ active feature films, maintaining visibility across timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.

    • Script Analysis & Quality Control:
      Reviewed hundreds of scripts to assess story, market viability, and fit for the company’s strategic goals.
